My account's been suspended since 2024. Gone. Can't log in, can't post, can't even see it.
The $40 a month? That never stopped. Two years of charges for a product I cannot access. Every ticket gets closed without a reply.
I want the billing stopped and the charges back. It shouldn't take a public campaign — but here we are.
Already tried — and failed
- Opened 4 support tickets — all auto-closed
- Emailed billing twice, no reply
- Tried to log in to cancel — can't, it's suspended
